Keep paint water and your drink in separate places

Make your beverage easy to identify and reach without crossing the palette, rinse water or artwork.

Two containers, two jobs

A brush-rinse container belongs with the painting materials. Your beverage belongs in a separate clear location. Different-looking containers and distinct positions help you keep those jobs apart; do not reuse beverage containers to hold craft chemicals.

Choose separation you can maintain

Place the rinse jar with the palette and brushes. Give your drink its own stable side surface if possible. Avoid making yourself reach across wet work or a rinse jar every time you take a sip. Reconsider the layout when you switch hands, turn the painting or add a larger sheet.

Use Steadi for the beverage role described here

Steadi grips compatible drinkware and widens its footprint. This is not evidence of suitability for paint, solvents, resin, glue or other art materials. Keep those substances away from the holder and follow the product labels for their use and storage.

Do not promise protection for the artwork

An open drink can still spill, and condensation can still run down a container. A wider base does not seal it. Leave enough separation that lifting your cup does not take it over the painting; choose suitable drinkware and clean up spills promptly.

Make the reset simple

Remove the beverage before tidying the work area. Keep rinse-water cleanup separate from handling your drink. Hand wash Steadi and let it dry before using it again; ask support about any residue you cannot remove with ordinary hand washing.
